The EasyDIY Fix4Panel mounting adhesive was specially developed to securely and permanently fix decorative and acoustic panels to walls. Thanks to its high initial adhesion and flexibility, the fischer Fix4Panel is ideal not only for mounting wall panels but also for mounting decorative mouldings, wall coverings or decorative elements. It enables clean and invisible bonding that can eliminate the need for drilling or screwing – ideal for renovations or quick beautification projects.
The adhesive provides enough leeway to still align panels after application. This allows you to design your walls precisely and creatively without compromising on strength.

Functionality

Cut and adjust the panels before gluing (if necessary, take into account door frames, skirting boards, sockets). If the surface is uneven, it is best to use a substructure.
Clean and sand the surfaces and wall if necessary.
Tip: Use markings on the wall for alignment and support during the gluing process.
To open the cartridge, cut off the head above the thread with a cutter knife.
Screw in the joint tip and cut at an angle with a cutter knife.
Tip: Initially, a smaller cut is recommended to test the width of the adhesive seam. Recut if necessary.
Apply adhesive to the panels in even vertical strips at a distance of approx. 10 cm from each other using a caulking gun.
Note: One cartridge is sufficient for an area of approximately 1.5 m². This corresponds to a standard wooden panel measuring 240 x 60 cm, to which three vertical strips are applied.
Press the panels firmly into the desired position for 20 seconds (immediate hold).

Fixation may be necessary for the first 24 hours. Depending on the final load, it is recommended to additionally secure the panels with plugs or screws for safety reasons.
